Annie's Place is a pottery painting café like no other.
We are located in the picturesque village of Oradour Fanais, near Confolens. We offer all the fun and creative freedom of a pottery studio, but in the tranquil setting of the beautiful countryside.
There are lots of cake options, you can book for large groups or just one, you can pre-order afternoon tea, and at any time could be visited by Annie herself, or one of the other furry felines that live here.
Our immersive experience is suitable for all ages, and abilities, we have created Annie's Place to compliment this little piece of French countryside heaven. We actively encourage all wildlife into the area, so whilst you are here to switch off and truly unwind, don't forget to keep a watchful eye for some of the breathtaking birds of prey, baby deer, or le petite reynard!

Spaces are limited to keep the experience calm and personal—booking in advance is recommended.
Once your piece is ready (we have 2 weeks turnaround during busy periods), you can collect it or have it delivered straight to your door.

We are open EVERY week Wednesday through to Friday, and you can book as an individual, a group or however you choose, but we also have various special events that we run throughout the year that you might be interested in, so follow us on social media , or subscribe using the box above to keep abreast of all the latest.
We do have a range of drinks, including freshly ground coffee, chilled drinks and a selection of hand selected loose leaf teas, being vegan ourselves we offer lots of alternative milks, but we also have some traditional cows milk for those who prefer it.

Annie Loves fish, gardening, sitting with me when I paint and climbing trees. She hates Henri, Choux and sharing anything!
I know most of you call me Annie, but I'm actually Annie's Granny, I really don't mind being called Annie, though I am officially Cherrill, and sadly I'm nowhere near as pretty as Annie-cat, but I am great at catching mice!
We brought Choux-Choux into the fold from a local cat rescue, she is a BIG GIRL, that is the easiest way to tell her apart from Annie. She is up all day, and is very nosy. Choux really loves small children and is very friendly.
Henri loves chenille wool, crochet and playing ball with stones and grass. I always pick up a chunky stone when I am out for him to play ball with, he thinks he is Thierry Henry! He really is a lovely boy and has settled in so well!
